Product Manager
Why this role matters
Help build the mobile trading experience that people trust and love. As Product Manager, you’ll shape a product that makes trading fast, reliable, and intuitive - turning complexity into clarity from first app open to everyday order management
This role is for someone who wants to own outcomes end-to-end: from digging deep into data, to working hands-on with engineers and designers, to driving launches that move the needle. We look for people who are data-driven, hands-on, independent, and proactive - the kind who turn insights into action and create momentum across teams.
If you want to make a visible impact, build products that empower clients, and set new standards for what mobile trading can be, this is your chance.
The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Define and evolve a compelling mobile product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business priorities and the broader direction of Trading products.
- Own the measurable impact for the mobile trading terminal: Set the right success indicators, link product work to business priorities, and move the needle.
- Deeply understand our customers and their Jobs-to-be-Done; improve core user journeys (from opening the first app to trading confidently) through research, usability testing, and iteration.
- Maintain a sharp backlog, write clear PRDs, prioritize effectively, and ship with speed and quality.
- Put data at the core of every decision: instrument funnels and behaviors, use analytics to uncover problems and opportunities, design and run A/B tests and other experiments, and measure outcomes rigorously.
- Partner with engineering to drive technical excellence, raising app performance and stability across critical flows.
- Track mobile trading UX standards and industry trends; benchmark and identify differentiating opportunities.
- Coordinate with development, marketing, regulatory, anti-fraud, and commercial stakeholders to deliver unified product improvements.
- Align partners across product, engineering, design, data, support, and commercial on goals and delivery plans.
Who we’re looking for

- 3+ years of product management experience, with solid, hands-on experience owning mobile apps end-to-end (iOS/Android).
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (designers, developers, analysts, QA, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities and customer expectations
- Strong product delivery craft: discovery → PRD → launch → iterate; backlog and roadmap management.
- Data & analytics first: fluent in defining success metrics, pulling insights (SQL, spreadsheets, or notebooks), and using them to guide priorities.
- Experimentation expertise: experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Understanding of UX design principles for mobile, accessibility, localization, and lifecycle features (onboarding, activation, engagement).
- Experience conducting market and competitor research to inform strategy are a plus.
- Desire to move quickly and create momentum while balancing thoughtful execution.
- Strong ownership and independence in decision-making.
- Proactive, problem-solving with an analytical, structured approach.
