Python Software Engineer (Partnership Platform Team)

Your role at Exness:

As a Python Software Engineer of our Platform Team, you’ll be working on the core functionality of the partnership domain. This includes: 

• A high-load component responsible for attracting new clients via custom partner and marketing links,
• A sophisticated system that handles client attribution based on business logic and anti-fraud rules,
• Services that support both internal product teams and end-users under heavy load.

You will:

• Be involved in problem solving: Own and solve complex business problems through technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability: Tackle scalability, performance, and availability challenges.
• On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system reliability.
• Create software: write, test, review, and maintain production-grade code.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other domains and integrate with external vendors.

What makes you a great fit:

• Higher education in STEM
• 4+ years of commercial development experience in Python
• Solid experience in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
• Experience in building, testing, and operating software in production environments
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes
• Solid foundations in computer science and system design
• Strong business mindset and a sense of ownership for delivered solutions
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
