As a Global HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our strategic partnership with the Product, Engineering and Project Management Office teams, driving HR initiatives primarily in India and Europe. You will play a pivotal role in translating business strategies into actionable HR solutions. 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Product, Engineering and Project Management Office teams leadership. Understand their business goals, identify workforce challenges, and craft HR strategies that drive results.
- Organisational Design & Development:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize organisational structures, identify skill gaps, and implement solutions that align with our transformation objectives.
Change Management:
- Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption through thoughtful planning, communication, and training.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive, engaged workforce. Champion a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract diverse, top-tier talent. Develop retention strategies and ensure we have the right people in the right roles.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness, consistency, and swift resolution.
HR Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage data to drive decision-making. Regularly report on key HR metrics to guide leadership and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Leadership Development & Coaching:
- Coach and mentor leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and developing future talent through personalized growth plans.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline HR processes, embracing automation and ensuring seamless HR service delivery in partnership with People Operations.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the tech (IT) sector, ideally with experience working in a global or multi-regional environment (experience with USA, India and Europe is a significant advantage).
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to work with HR data and analytical tools to gain relevant insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Proactivity and Innovation: A strong orientation towards problem-solving, with the ability to come up with innovative HR solutions that align with the company's business goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and Resilience: The ability to function successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Passion for People: A strong belief in the importance of employee engagement, effective talent management, and building a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Prague - we work in a hybrid model 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
