Marketing Campaigns Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead global promotional campaigns, optimize performance, and enhance marketing efficiency using AI-driven tools. Based in Prague (hybrid model), this role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making to drive impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and automation, with strong analytical and leadership skills. 🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of key promotional campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other seasonal/local events) across 13 international markets, with a primary focus on North America.
- Act as the primary coordinator for all campaign-related activities, ensuring alignment between internal teams including designers, product managers, market managers, merchandising, operations, and more.
- Develop localized marketing strategies tailored to different regions while maintaining a cohesive global brand message.
- Ensure all campaign assets and content are delivered on time and meet brand and performance standards.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance future campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with data teams to create meaningful reports and recommendations based on performance results.
- Optimize campaign execution by implementing best practices and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance campaign effectiveness and streamline marketing workflows.
Vendor Management:
- Supervise vendor-related marketing activities, ensuring all vendor campaigns align with broader business and marketing goals.
- Provide marketing inputs and guidance to enhance vendor promotional activities and maximize campaign success.
- Oversee vendor campaign performance, ensuring all promotions align with the company’s marketing calendar and strategies.
- Act as the key marketing liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable results.
Project Management & Automation:
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving marketing campaign processes and efficiency across departments.
- Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement in campaign workflows.
- Implement automation processes and AI-driven solutions to streamline marketing operations and enhance team efficiency.
- Identify and integrate new technologies to optimize campaign execution and performance tracking.
✏️Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, vendor marketing, or a related role within an international or fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including paid/unpaid media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation software to enhance workflow efficiency.
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage team performance effectively.
Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or international marketing environments.
- Previous experience with automation and workflow optimization for marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
