🧾 About the Role
Join our dynamic Global Tax Team, where you’ll report directly to the International Tax Manager based in London. You will play a key role in shaping Groupon’s international tax and transfer pricing strategy, working across tax planning, compliance, and audit support functions.

As a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, ll be at the heart of our international tax team, reporting to the International Tax Manager based in London or Prague. This is a high-impact role, offering a unique blend of strategy, compliance, and cross-border advisory work. You’ll collaborate with teams around the world, influencing major business decisions and ensuring Groupon remains ahead of the curve on global tax developments. 🧠What You’ll Do
- Drive Groupon’s international tax strategy, including both short-term initiatives and long-term planning.
- Lead a variety of international tax advisory projects, including:
- Monitoring changes in global legislation (e.g., BEPS 2.0, DAC6) and assessing their business impact.
- Supporting tax analysis for group restructurings, reorganizations, and M&A activity.
- Managing international tax authority audits and inquiries; coordinate internally to gather data and prepare responses.
- Assess tax implications of new business lines, models, or contractual arrangements.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure alignment with the group’s transfer pricing policies.
- Coordinate with external providers on transfer pricing documentation: Master File, Local Files, and CbCR notifications.
- Oversee the monthly withholding tax process across multiple jurisdictions and assess WHT impacts on new deals.
- Manage UK tax compliance, liaising with external advisors.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure operational alignment and compliance.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles.
- Experience with OECD guidelines, BEPS, and EU tax directives.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
