💚Your Mission: Catalyze Growth Through Data
You'll be the architect of actionable insights, directly partnering with senior leadership in CRM, Pricing & Promotions, and Revenue. This isn't about theoretical analysis; it's about getting hands-on to:

  • Ignite CRM & Lifecycle Growth: Dive deep into user cohorts, retention patterns, and marketing channel performance to uncover hidden opportunities for engagement and reactivation.

  • Optimize Pricing & Promotions: Generate bold hypotheses, design and execute rigorous A/B tests, and evaluate results to pinpoint optimal price points and guide strategic decisions that boost revenue.

  • Drive Immediate Impact: Be the first responder for urgent business questions or unexpected KPI shifts, quickly identifying root causes and defining next steps that directly move the needle.

  • Synthesize & Visualize: Master the art of bringing clarity to complex data by building insightful dashboards and reports that empower self-serve analytics across the business.

  • Evolve Our Data Ecosystem: Collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure our data infrastructure continuously evolves and improves.

  • Be a Pragmatic Innovator: Know when to go deep, when to move fast, and when to deliver "good enough" solutions that generate maximum real-world impact.

 

👌We're Excited About You If You Have:

  • 3+ years of high-impact experience in data or business analysis, ideally within fast-paced digital environments.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

  • Advanced SQL skills – you can independently navigate and extract insights from vast datasets.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to create compelling, clean dashboards.

  • A strong AI-first mindset and a passion for rapid tech adoption. You're actively exploring and leveraging modern AI tools to supercharge your productivity and solve problems creatively.

  • A proven ability to distill complex data into clear, simple, and actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, translating technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

  • A practical mindset with a bias for action – you care more about business outcomes than academic perfection.

  • High autonomy and independence. You embrace complex systems and obstacles as challenges to be overcome, proactively finding solutions.

  • The resilience and drive to thrive in a demanding, high-expectation environment, pushing through ambiguity to get things done.
