Your Mission:

You'll be key to Groupon's growth, owning the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll identify and attract top talent, ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Do:

• 🚀 Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire process from role definition to offer.
• 🎯 Master Sourcing: Find active & passive talent using diverse strategies.
• 🗣️ Interview & Assess: Identify candidates matching skills and Groupon values.
• 🤝 Partner Strategically: Advise hiring managers on talent needs & best practices.
• 🌟 Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant has a positive journey.
• 📊 Leverage Data: Use Greenhouse, our ATS and metrics to drive improvements.
• 🌍 Contribute to HR: Support employer branding & HR initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience (4+ years).
• Advanced level of English (written & spoken), we all communicate in English.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
• E-commerce, Sales, Marketing and/or HR recruiting background.
• You are proactive and like to improve internal processes.
• Experience with ATS (we use Greenhouse) & sourcing tools.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• ⭐ Polish language skills!
• ⭐ LinkedIn Recruiter Lite license
• ⭐ You have experience using Greenhouse and Asana
