About the Role:
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR? Do you enjoy working with data and solving problems? If so, this Junior Compensation Analyst role could be a great fit for you! You’ll support our Compensation team with market research, data analysis, and compensation processes to help ensure fair and competitive pay across our organization.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Job Evaluation & Compensation Offers: Support job evaluations, assist with salary benchmarking, provide compensation proposals, and help analyze compensation structures to ensure fairness and market alignment.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct online industry research (websites, social media monitoring), participate in compensation surveys, and track market trends to support competitive pay decisions.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare reports and conduct analysis for compensation reviews, bonuses, pay equity, and other compensation programs.
- Bonus Administration: Support the quarterly bonus cycle, including report generation, and collaboration with finance ensuring compliance with policies.
- Process & Program Support: Assist with key compensation programs, such as the annual salary review, employee relocation, and suggest process improvements.
- General Support: Maintain compensation data, the job architecture framework, and provide administrative support as needed.
✏️ What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of numbers.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data insights clearly.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct effective informal online research.
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and a sense of ownership in your work.
- Interest in learning about compensation and HR practices.

- Warsaw or Prague
- We work in a hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
