đź’Ľ The Role:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist, you will be a key part of our IT team based in Prague, providing hands-on, onsite support 3-4 days a week. You’ll ensure smooth IT operations across the EMEA region by supporting end-users, managing IT assets, and handling onboarding and offboarding processes. This role is ideal for those looking to start and grow their IT career with real responsibilities and exposure to modern tools.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
🤝 Provide onsite end-user IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows platforms.
🏗️ Manage IT assets, including tracking, handing out, and returning devices in compliance with process standards.
🔄 Support onboarding and offboarding of employees by provisioning accounts and devices and ensuring secure offboarding.
đź’¬ Collaborate with team members and contribute to documentation and the IT knowledge base to improve service delivery.
🎯 Learn and apply ticketing procedures using Jira Service Management and escalate issues appropriately.
🌱 Participate in 1:1 coaching sessions, shadow experienced colleagues, and identify personal learning goals to continuously grow your skills.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 0–3 years of IT-related experience, preferably in helpdesk or end-user support roles.
🌎 Fluent English is a must; Czech/ Slovak would be a strong advantage
🏗️ Studies in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
đź§ Strong customer-oriented mindset, well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
🗓️ Availability to work onsite in Prague 3–4 days per week (no night shifts nor rotating weekends).
❤️ Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Intune, Jira, and experience with additional languages will set you apart.
🌱 What Success Looks Like:
- Confidently and independently resolve Level 1 support tickets in a timely manner, meeting SLA targets.
- Manage asset inventory with accuracy and maintain documentation standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service measured by user feedback and CSAT scores.
- Effectively handle walk-up and onsite support requests, recording all incidents diligently.
- Communicate proactively within the team and escalate issues when necessary.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and ownership of your tasks.
- Progress toward higher support levels (L2 and beyond) as skills and confidence grow.
