  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to improve measurement and reporting on workflow improvements.
  • Act as the key liaison for FT Connect platform setup and standardisation.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap (12 months to 3 years) focused on process automation, technology enablement, and operational excellence.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven ability to drive workflow optimisation, automation, and process improvement in a commercial environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Monday.com, Make.com, Salesforce, and/or other workflow automation tools.
  • Experience integrating automation platforms into existing business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for workflow improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and aligning financial performance with strategic objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • A strategic approach with the ability to implement scalable, data-driven solutions that drive business impact.
