The Role: Digital Producer – FT Longitude
FT Longitude, a specialist thought leadership and research business within the Financial Times, is seeking an experienced and confident Content Producer with a passion for high-quality digital delivery and multi-channel project management. This is a pivotal delivery role working on thought leadership campaigns for some of the world’s leading B2B brands. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Editors, Designers, and external production partners to ensure outstanding and timely content outputs.
You'll be an engaging and proactive problem-solver who builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams. Highly organised with sharp negotiation skills, you’re solid at navigating challenges and managing risk effectively. You take pride in refining and improving processes, using escalation routes wisely, and keeping key stakeholders update, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple B2B content and digital production projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.

Work with Heads of Design and Project Managers to shape and refine comprehensive production briefs.

Coordinate and oversee third-party partners (video, animation, audio, web development) to ensure top-tier output.

Use tools like Gantt charts, amends trackers, and site maps to manage production processes and revisions effectively.

Uphold standards on licensing, accessibility, and regulatory compliance, with a working understanding of browser testing.

Report weekly using project management tools (e.g., Delivery Dashboard) and contribute to team-wide process improvements.

Foster strong client relationships and manage changes in scope or delivery timelines with clear, proactive communication.
Required Skills / Experience

3+ years’ experience in a similar content production role within an integrated marketing or creative agency.

Proven ability to deliver campaign assets, working within brand guidelines and managing UX deliverables like site maps and wireframes.

Proficiency with tools such as G Suite, Slack, UsePastel, and standard project tracking platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, Gantt charts).
- Good working experience with Monday.com is desirable.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Experience in B2B sectors is a plus.
