About the role: 

 

The Marketing Automation Executive role will join the CRG Customer relationships marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing automation, the role will be responsible for crafting, developing, optimizing and reporting on marketing campaigns.  

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of campaign flows to successfully move readers through the customer journey - from nurture to convert to engage to retain 
  • Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs.
  • Serve as technical support for campaign issues.
  • Contribute to best practice adding to the team’s knowledge share.
  • Create and maintain closed-loop marketing reports to understand marketing program and channel performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure quarterly AB tests to drive continued performance, improve customer engagement and acquisition or retention.
  • Ensure best deliverability practices by building, testing and monitoring sent emails, ensuring that they function correctly across all major email clients and devices
  • Deliver regular comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise performance

 

Required Skills:

  • One or more years of experience in a marketing automation  role
  • Experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reporting.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of best in class deliverability practices
  • Must be proactive and be able to operate with limited supervision from line manager
  • A team player, who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
  • Ability to think creatively, ask questions and test ideas
  • Knowledge of GDPR and impact on Marketing and Communications globally.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Bloomreach
  • A graduate with a degree ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Marketo certified
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Google Analytics
  • An understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)
  • Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
