Your Mission:

Attract Top Talent: You'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition, ensuring we bring in the best candidates from around the globe. Your role will encompass the entire recruitment process, from posting vacancies and hunting for candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding. You’ll also handle the evaluation of professional skills and soft skills, maintain candidates' progress in our system.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment and a commitment to bringing the best talent into the company, or a desire to learn recruitment from scratch.
• Excitement at the prospect of handling a large volume of applications and managing multiple vacancies.
• Excellent command of English (upper intermediate level or higher).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with attention to detail.
