We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join our hub in Lisbon, Portugal. This person will be responsible for attracting top global talent, primarily within the tech space but not limited to it. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate understands the strategic importance of recruitment and has a strong ability to identify professionals who will contribute directly to our company’s success, drive innovation, improve processes, and optimize workflows.

✅ Requirements:
✔️ Over 3 years of successful experience in IT recruitment, covering the full recruitment cycle.
✔️ Strong research skills via social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance)
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (positive mindset, personal maturity, etc.)
✔️ Excellent attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills
✔️ Successful experience in closing technical vacancies.
✔️ Successful experience in closing management & design vacancies. 
✔️ Advanced level of English and Portuguese.

✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
✔️ Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities
✔️ Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines for each position
✔️ Building long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers based on a win-win approach.
✔️ Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from HM and candidates
✔️ Participation in recruitment planning and project growth.
