We're looking for a Czech/Slovak VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience — especially during night shifts, five days a week with rotating weekends.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs
- Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Work night shifts (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including rotating weekends
