We are a dynamic and innovative tech company delivering cutting-edge software solutions and services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of corporate compliance in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Handle changes in the structure of Cyprus companies, including Directors, Shareholders, Registered Office Address, and UBOs
- File annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies, and ensure timely payment of the annual levy
- Prepare corporate documents such as board minutes, resolutions, and instruments of transfer
- Arrange legalisation of documents through certifying officers and apostille procedures
- Conduct basic due diligence checks and KYC procedures
- Liaise with company directors to obtain signatures and update KYC records accordingly
- Scan, file, and maintain up-to-date secretarial files and statutory company records
- Obtain company searches from the Registrar of Companies, Land Registry, and other governmental authorities
- Form new companies with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (experience with overseas formations will be considered an advantage)
- Order corporate documents via the Registrar of Companies’ online system
- Obtain online access codes from the Registrar of Companies and complete registrations through the Ariadne portal
- Prepare and maintain corporate registers and structure charts of the companies
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar corporate administrative role, preferably within Cyprus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- High level of professional integrity, credibility, and loyalty
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
