We’re looking for a creative and strategic Employer Brand & Event Manager to lead local employer branding, CSR, and employee experience initiatives in our Poland office. In this role, you’ll drive impactful branding campaigns, deliver memorable events, shape internal communication, and bring our EVP to life—boosting engagement, retention, and community impact.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute employer branding strategies tailored to the local market while aligning with global direction

Lead integrated multi-channel campaigns and events—from meetups and expos to major conferences and sponsorship activations

Collaborate with PR, social media, and content teams to produce compelling brand content and enhance media visibility

Manage our career site presence and employer reputation on platforms like Glassdoor

Activate employee brand ambassadors and track campaign effectiveness

Lead planning and execution of CSR programs in collaboration with NGOs and local partners

Deliver internal events, wellness initiatives, and cultural celebrations that strengthen team spirit

Coordinate internal communication strategies, tailoring global messages for the local audience
