Director of Strategy & Planning to serve as the "architect of efficiency" for our global operations. You will be the primary navigator for the company’s strategic roadmap, ensuring that our vision is translated into actionable, measurable, and highly structured plans.

We are looking for a "Human-Algorithm": someone who thinks in logic, structures, and processes, but possesses the high emotional intelligence (EQ) required to influence the Board and senior leadership. You will bridge the gap between high-level ambition and operational execution within the iGaming ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the long-term corporate strategy, ensuring all departments are aligned with the company’s overarching goals
• Audit and optimize internal business processes. You are responsible for identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions that help the company run like a well-oiled machine
• Work closely with the Board and C-suite. You will prepare strategic briefs, facilitate decision-making, and provide the data-driven "logic" behind major corporate pivots
• Navigate complex organizational dynamics. You must know "how to approach" different leadership styles to gain buy-in and drive change across the organization
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of precision and accountability

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or operational leadership, with at least 3-5 years specifically within the iGaming sector
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
• Structured mind. You see patterns where others see chaos and can create frameworks for any business challenge
• Being a master of interpersonal communication. You know how to tailor your message for a developer, a marketing lead, or a Board member to achieve the desired outcome
• Exceptional English (written and verbal). Ability to articulate complex ideas simply
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Spain
