Solution Architect

We are looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our tech team and drive high-level technical decision-making across our products.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Identify bottlenecks in infrastructure and optimize system performance;

✔️ Design fault-tolerant systems and implement disaster recovery strategies;

✔️ Enforce security standards for applications and infrastructure;

✔️ Review substantial changes and design documents, and propose better solutions and best practices for faster and scalable applications;

✔️ Optimize cloud and on-premise resources for cost-efficiency and scalability;

✔️ Help implement the long-term roadmap of the organization’s IT infrastructure;

✔️ Support automation testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to accelerate software delivery;

✔️ Evaluate and recommend architectural improvements, such as transitioning to microservices and micro-frontend architecture.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or any relevant field;

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or DevOps;

✔️ 5+ years hands-on experience in cloud technologies (ideally AWS);

✔️ Extensive hands-on experience with K8s and containers, infrastructure, and system design, SQL and NoSQL databases, storage, caching, and logging;

✔️ Proven work on scalable, fast, resilient system designs.
