Regulatory & Finance Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory & Finance Operations Manager to join our growing team in Belgrade. The role will support the company in navigating the Serbian regulatory, tax, and corporate environment, ensuring compliant operations and effective management of inspections, audits, and regulatory matters.

✅  Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the company’s primary point of contact with tax authorities, regulators, and other public institutions
  • Manage communication and documentation related to inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with Serbian tax, legal, and corporate requirements
  • Coordinate work with external advisors including tax consultants, accountants, and legal firms
  • Advise leadership on regulatory risks and local institutional processes
✅ Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in Serbian tax, accounting, legal, and /or regulatory environment
  • Proven experience interacting with government authorities and tax inspections
  • Good understanding of corporate compliance, accounting, and tax frameworks
  • Strong professional network within local legal, financial, or institutional circles
  • Fluent Serbian and English
