
Junior Legal Counsel

We are now seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our expanding legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional who wants to grow within a fast-paced, international company and gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents and agreements, including Marketing Agreements, Software License Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, and Service Agreements.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including due diligence, document review, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on topics relevant to the Company’s operations and prepare summaries for senior counsel.
- Assist in the review and preparation of data protection and privacy-related agreements.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal legal templates, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Cyprus company law and corporate procedures.
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the Legal Department as needed.
Requirements
- Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, with relevant exposure to corporate and commercial matters — ideally in-house within a fintech or gaming company.
- Familiarity with Cyprus corporate and contract legislation.
- Solid understanding of commercial agreements.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Russian, Spanish, or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a high sense of professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and develop further expertise in gaming and related legal frameworks.
