Project Manager (Sports Betting/ iGaming)

The role:

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, overseeing cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives that support business growth and regulatory compliance. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, operational oversight, and strong knowledge of the betting and gaming industry. You will collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, IT, and customer service teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects, from launch planning to optimization, while maintaining operational standards and timelines.

What you’ll be doing:

 Project Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end operational projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Operational Excellence:

• Identify and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience in Sportsbook and Casino Ops
• Oversee vendor relationships, payment providers, and third-party integrations related to operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the key liaison between operations and other departments (marketing, IT, compliance, finance, and customer support).
• Ensure all projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and market-specific compliance standards.
• Drive smooth onboarding of new services, promotions, and operational tools.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to betting regulations and responsible gaming frameworks.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and reporting required by regulators.

Performance & Reporting:

• Track project KPIs, operational performance, and impact on business goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend data-driven improvements.

 What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within the betting, gaming, or online entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of Sportsbook and Casino operations, compliance requirements, and customer lifecycle.
• Project Management certifications would be a bonus
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English/ Serbian language skills
