As our business continues to grow and we continue to move into new markets and grow our existing team we are continuing to grow our Employee experience team. This role will be part of our our Technology hub in Madrid whilst having the opportunity to work across other countries in Western Europe. You will work as part of our wider International Employee experience team. You will act as first point of contact for our employees managing queries. Playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience.  We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to continue to improve processes, looking for ways to create a better-than-expected people experience and a desire to use Technology to bring self-service and automation.  

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience working in an international, multi-country organization, ideally supporting Western Europe
  • Brings solid HR Operations / HR Administration experience across multiple countries (e.g. Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland)
  • Acts as a first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering consistently high-quality employee experience
  • Has strong experience in employment contract administration and employee documentation
  • Has managed the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding)
  • Has experience administering employee benefits, including enrolments and changes
  • Is comfortable operating within a matrix organization and collaborating across teams and geographies
  • Can work independently, manage competing priorities, and apply sound judgement
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Has a continuous improvement mindset, with interest in simplification, standardization, and automation
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
  • Has experience using SuccessFactors and/or Workday (highly desirable)

What you'll be doing:

HR Operations

  • Managing employment contract administration and HR documentation across the full employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining accurate and timely employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data quality and payroll readiness
  • Administering employee benefits enrolments, changes, and ongoing maintenance
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Providing day-to-day HR operational support to managers across Western Europe
  • Acting as a first-line HR Operations expert, coordinating with local providers and internal specialists as needed
  • Ensuring HR processes are delivered consistently, compliantly, and with strong employee experience

General

  • Partnering closely with the wider HR, Payroll, and People Partner teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear ownership
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Supporting and contributing to HR projects aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Providing operational input and guidance to People Partners on employee-related matters
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes as the organization scales
