We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2 years proven experience in customer experience roles.
- Has a strong & solid understanding of customer journeys.
- Has strong Analytical thinking & customer centric mindset.
- Has solid Communication & Problem solving skills.
- Has strong ability to analyse feedback and operational data.
- Has fluency in Greek & a very good level in English.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews & VoC reports to identify experience gaps.
- Identify friction map across critical steps of the customer journey.
- Track CX performance indicators.
- Prepare reports & insights on customer behaviour & experience trends.
