Head of Regulatory Intelligence

The Head of Regulatory Intelligence is a senior strategic role within Regulatory Affairs, responsible for building and leading Superbet’s Regulatory Intelligence capability.
You will provide forward-looking analysis of regulatory, legislative, taxation, and enforcement developments across current and potential markets, delivering actionable insights that inform Board-level decisions, market prioritisation, and long-term regulatory strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Regulatory Intelligence Hub Leadership
- Establish and lead a centralized Regulatory Intelligence Hub.
- Coordinate with Regional Regulatory Affairs Leads to integrate local intelligence into global analysis.
- Manage external intelligence sources, advisors, and data providers as needed.
Regulatory Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments across priority jurisdictions (CEE, EU, Brazil, LATAM, and other candidate markets).
- Analyse regulatory trends, policy direction, enforcement posture, taxation models, fiscal frameworks, and regulatory cost implications.
- Identify early-warning signals for material regulatory or political risk.
Scenario & Impact Modelling
- Develop forward-looking regulatory scenarios, including value-at-risk and opportunity assessments.
- Provide scenario-based regulatory impact assessments to support strategic decisions.
Executive Briefing & Reporting
- Produce intelligence briefings for CEO, Board, CGAO, and senior management.
- Deliver regulatory risk and opportunity heatmaps, early-warning alerts, and annual regulatory outlook reports.
- Design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and decision-support tools for internal stakeholders.
Strategic Support
- Inform market prioritisation and long-term regulatory strategy with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Head of Market Access & Authorization Strategy, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and readiness.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 10+ years of experience in regulatory intelligence, policy analysis, regulatory strategy, or government affairs.
- Can analyse regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and industries.
- Has strong experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Translates complex regulations into clear, executive-level insights.
- Has hands-on experience with scenario modelling, forecasting, and impact analysis.
- Is comfortable briefing senior executives and Boards.
- Works collaboratively across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Corporate Affairs, and Regulatory teams.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, synthesis, and executive communication skills.
- Maintains high integrity, discretion, and a forward-looking mindset.
