Are you passionate about casino games and content strategy? Do you want to play a key role in shaping the games portfolio of a fast-growing online gaming company? We’re looking for a Casino Games Executive to join our Gaming team, within the Content tribe, and support the planning, scheduling, and optimisation of our gaming roadmap.
This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, commercially minded, and excited to work with leading global game providers to deliver the best content to players across our markets.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in iGaming, digital content, or product/portfolio management (internships or related roles also count).
- Strong interest in online casino games, market trends, and player behaviour.
- Analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel/Google Sheets and handling turnover or performance data, and translating insights into concrete actions.
- Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with providers and internal teams at different levels.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across fast-moving release schedules.
- Bonus: Familiarity with game positioning, promotional strategies, or exclusivity agreements in iGaming.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the Games Roadmap: Schedule and position new releases, ensuring the right games launch at the right time.
- Exclusives Management: Review, accept, or decline exclusive game offers in collaboration with local casino managers, including branded content opportunities.
- Turnover Tracking: Monitor weekly turnover from exclusive and branded titles, reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Provider Relationships: Work closely with key providers to understand their roadmaps, game quality, and future plans.
- Portfolio Analysis: Discover content gaps across different markets and plan to address them through the roadmap.
- Reporting & Reviews: Support monthly new game release reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews with providers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present the games roadmap to local markets and compliance teams, ensuring we consider local knowledge and compliance timelines.
