We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Grad) to kick off your career in Talent Acquisition and support commercial hiring at Super Technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your recruitment career from the ground up while contributing to real hiring needs across multiple markets.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a recent graduate or has up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to commercial roles.
  • Is motivated to build a career in Talent Acquisition and eager to learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Has familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards) and an interest in developing skills in passive candidate engagement.
  • Is proactive, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Has basic interviewing and assessment skills, with a willingness to learn to evaluate candidates’ potential and cultural fit.
  • Ideally has some familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse).

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist hiring managers and senior stakeholders in understanding commercial hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract early-career and junior candidates for commercial roles such as Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, CRM, Operations, ... .
  • Conduct initial screenings, resume reviews, and phone interviews, assessing candidates for potential, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Collaborate with the People team to optimise recruitment processes and tools, implementing best practices to streamline hiring operations.
  • Learn to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and best practices in commercial hiring.
  • Occasionally support coordination with recruitment agencies and attend cross-market alignment meetings.
