CRM Executive

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our customer relationship management programs, focusing on implementing effective communication strategies and campaigns to engage players across all segments while maximizing their lifetime value and satisfaction. The CRM Specialist will work closely with the Head of Commercial to execute strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience across all product verticals while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance.
What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and retention across sports betting and casino products.
- Segment customers based on behavior patterns and value potential to create targeted communications.
- Create engaging content and tailored offers for different customer segments based on their preferences and behaviors.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and report findings to the Head of Commercial.
Communication Management:
- Manage multi-channel communications including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer communications are aligned with product launches and promotions.
- Optimize communication frequency and timing to maximize engagement while preventing customer fatigue.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with the VIP team to ensure smooth transition of customers between segments.
- Collaborate with the Sports and Casino teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall vertical strategies.
- Partner with the Commercial Performance team to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Compliance & Data Management:
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and data protection policies.
- Maintain clean customer data and ensure proper segmentation for targeted communications.
- Maintain accurate records of all campaigns and customer communications for compliance purposes.
What we are looking for someone who:
- Previous experience in CRM within the gaming or betting industry.
- Strong understanding of both sports betting and casino products.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of responsible gambling practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- English - proficient.
