Role Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Operations Executive to support and strengthen our growing Affiliate Program. This role works closely with our existing Affiliate Manager and plays a crucial part in ensuring operational excellence, partner performance, and continuous program growth. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing both operational tasks and partner relationships.

 

What you'll be doing:

Affiliate Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations across the program.
  • Review and approve incoming affiliate applications, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Maintain affiliate records, contracts, and deal terms within our CRM, CMS, and affiliate platform (NetRefer).
  • Oversee invoicing, payment preparation, tracking, and verification processes.
  • Ensure affiliate deals, tiers, tracking links, and promotions are correctly set up and functioning.

Offer Creation & Promotional Setup:

  • Develop and configure custom affiliate offers, including welcome promotions and custom CPA/rev-share packages.
  • Set up offers and promotional flows within our CMS backend.
  • Coordinate landing page requests and updates, including testing tracking parameters and ensuring proper attribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets (banners, LPs, content kits).
  • Optimize existing offers based on market performance and partner feedback.

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Manage an assigned pool of affiliates across various acquisition models (PPC, SEO, content, mobile/app, media buyers, etc.).
  • Support affiliates with tracking, promotional materials, and operational questions.
  • Work with partners to improve campaign performance and explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor affiliate compliance and escalate issues where necessary.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze affiliate activity to understand performance at the REG → FTD → NGR level.
  • Build ROI-based assessments for CPA, hybrid, and rev-share deals.
  • Recommend optimizations: scaling up, reducing exposure, renegotiating terms, or discontinuing relationships.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings internally.

Program Growth & Strategic Support

  • Assist the Affiliate Manager with new partner outreach, onboarding, and nurturing high-value relationships.
  • Identify potential affiliate partners and contribute to program expansion.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation of acquisition targets.
  • Proactively suggest new campaign ideas, creatives, funnels, and promotional strategies.


What we are looking for:

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience, ideally within the iGaming industry (operator, affiliate network, or agency side).
  • Solid understanding of affiliate acquisition models: CPA, rev-share, hybrid, CPL, media buy structures, etc.
  • Strong analytical abilities; able to calculate ROI, margins, and performance projections.
  • Experience using NetRefer or a similar affiliate tracking platform.
  • Competency with CMS systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, paid media, and user acquisition fundamentals is a plus.

Desirable:

  • Existing relationships and database of affiliate partners
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated markets.
  • Prior exposure to creative brief writing or media asset coordination.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, and Excel/Sheets modeling.
