CRM Content Specialist

We are looking for a CRM Content Specialist to elevate our player communications. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all CRM channels, crafting compelling messages that resonate with our audience. You won't just be writing copy; you’ll be analyzing performance, running experiments and constantly refining our templates to ensure every interaction, whether via email, SMS or push notification, is impactful and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Copywriting: Take full ownership of content creation for all CRM campaigns. Ensure every message is clear, brand-aligned and optimized for its specific channel.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Proactively propose and execute tests on subject lines, copy tone, design layouts and CTAs to identify what truly drives player engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key engagement metrics such as Open Rates (OR), Click-Through Rates (CTR) and deliverability to assess the effectiveness of your content.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Turn performance data into actionable insights. Guide the team on future content direction and provide recommendations to improve communication relevance.
  • Template Management: Oversee the continuous refresh of CRM templates (email designs, push formats, etc.) to maintain a modern visual appeal and a seamless user experience.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or CRM-focused roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Creative, Organized & Analytical: Ability to write engaging copy and manage campaign deadlines, while being comfortable using data to guide decisions.
  • Testing Mindset: Experience or interest in A/B testing and optimizing content for better results.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with the wider CRM and Marketing teams.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or campaign management tools is a plus.
