Director of Affiliates

As Director of Affiliates, you will be responsible for defining and leading the global affiliate strategy, driving sustainable growth, and shaping the future of our affiliate marketing operations. You will oversee a high-performing team, manage key strategic partnerships, and ensure that our affiliate programs deliver measurable value across all markets.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Set and lead the global affiliate strategy — establishing a clear vision for growth, performance, and innovation across all markets and brands.
  • Oversee affiliate operations and teams across regions, ensuring best practices, operational excellence, and alignment with overall marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Drive expansion into new markets by identifying emerging opportunities, negotiating key partnerships, and adapting strategies to local regulatory and player conditions.
  • Own the affiliate budget and forecasting, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability while maximizing ROI and lifetime value from affiliate channels.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with top-tier affiliates, networks, and technology partners to strengthen collaboration and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Finance, Compliance, and Data to set KPIs, forecast performance, and ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader business goals.
  • Lead data-driven performance optimization, leveraging analytics and insights to improve conversion rates, retention, and partner engagement.
  • Champion innovation and automation, implementing new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure global compliance with affiliate marketing regulations, brand standards, and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the affiliate department at the executive level, providing insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to leadership and the board.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in a senior affiliate leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in scaling global affiliate programs and driving multi-market revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, player acquisition strategies, and regulatory environments in the igaming space would be a bonus
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing economics, tracking platforms, attribution models, and performance optimization.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, and product teams.
  • Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making and strategic insight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
