Marketing Insights Analyst

● Proven track record of using data and insight to influence decisions at senior and C-suite level.
● Expertise in structuring and delivering complex analysis from concept to execution. Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills, able to influence diverse audiences from marketing teams to board members.
● Ability to zoom in to detail without losing the macro view of the business and its market.
● Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and presentation tools for insight delivery
● Understanding of event tracking in web and apps
● Experience designing and interpreting experiments
● Experience working with marketing teams
● Experience building and managing data pipelines (a plus)
● Knowledge of Python or R (a plus)
● Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, or econometrics (a plus)
● Experience in data modeling with tools such as dbt (a plus)
What you'll be doing :
● Build and maintain self-service reporting
● Build and maintain dashboards and reports for use by marketing teams
● Monitor data pipelines to ensure data is available and accurate
● Analysis and insight
● Take on deep dive projects to dig into marketing performance issues or
opportunities.
● Run analysis to understand root causes of changes in the data/user trends.
● Share your findings in engaging ways through data storytelling.
● Support Experimentation
● Work with marketing teams to design experiments that will give clear guidance on the
right approach.
● Interpret experiment results.
● Forecasting and modeling
● Build models to estimate marketing effectiveness
● Build models to predict likely long-term outcomes from current information
● Segment users to help with targeting of marketing campaigns
