CRM Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Operations Executive to join our team. As a CRM Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring its smooth operations, and supporting the needs of the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess our CRM requirements and continuously optimize our processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a native Romanian speaker with English at a business proficient level
- Has the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Is eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities
- Has good organizational and prioritization skills, able to communicate project status effectively
- Has a flexible attitude and is responsive to accommodate last-minute requests
- Is enthusiast, creative, and motivated to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Has the ability to work well in a team and demonstrate strong ownership of all work-related areas
- Understanding of betting products, services, and customer engagement strategies would be a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, inbox, social media)
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including testing, setup, execution, and performance tracking
- Manage end-to-end bonusing process, including testing, setting and execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation to manage risks effectively
- Contributes in improving bonus and CRM tools
- Prepares weekly reports regarding activities performed and challenges encountered
- Tests and provides feedback for the development of new features proposed by the development teams
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
