CRM Manager

In this role, you’ll shape and execute a data-driven CRM strategy for the local market, owning promotional planning and delivering impactful, customer-focused campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution while using insights, performance data, and market trends to optimise engagement and revenue. With a strong balance of creativity, compliance, and commercial thinking, you’ll refine the customer journey end-to-end. This is a key opportunity to drive high-value CRM initiatives within a fast-growing global gaming and entertainment group.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop a comprehensive, data-driven CRM strategy for the local market, taking into account local compliance, market conditions and competition
- Ownership of the CRM promo plan
- Ensure that the campaign execution and delivery is completed as per plan and all the relevant stakeholders are aware of the details
- Deploy the bonus budget profitably through robust planning, execution and analysis
- Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance
- Initiate and manage the development process of creatives -from brief to delivery- with a laser focus on the customer insight and deliver customer engagement and response
- Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base in the market to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns
- Identify customer touchpoints and ensure that the right actions and communications are implemented
- Keep abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws and standards in local market
- Follow and report on competitor activity within the local market
- Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer motivation.
What we are looking for someone who:
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a dynamic online environment, igaming will be considered a strong plus
- Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong experience in implementing, driving, and managing complex multi-channel campaigns
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor is mandatory
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes
- Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs and customer profile
- Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
- Familiarity with a test-and-learn, data-driven approach to CRM
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to draw insights from data to inform strategy and decisions
- Proactive, self-driven mindest, ready to push projects quickly and efficiently
- Team player who can also work independently and take responsibility for performance.
