building strong relationships with our customers, and we’re looking for a Customer Support
Agent to help us do just that. If you’re passionate about problem-solving and enjoy connecting
with people, this is the role for you!


As part of our team, you’ll be the voice of Superbet, managing customer interactions across
various channels and ensuring that every customer receives the support they need, when they
need it. We’re looking for someone who understands customer challenges, remains positive
under pressure, and communicates clearly and effectively.


What you’ll do:

  • Respond to inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and, social media channels, live chat inquiries.
  • Address customer needs, provide solutions, and offer alternatives to any issues they may face.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions using our call center database.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
  • Continuously learn and grow your product knowledge.
  • Meet daily targets for service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training to improve your skills and stay up to date.
  • Manage social media interactions and third-party review sites.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve outstanding business results.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong listening and communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently.
  • Flexible mindset and a drive to improve processes and outcomes.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay on top of deadlines.
  • A friendly, empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a call center.
  • Medium-level proficiency in English and fluency in Greek.
