Automation Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team and help drive our automation initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automation solutions using modern tools and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other automation tools
• Create and optimize data workflows using workflow automation tools (eg. Alteryx, Kubeark, n8n)
• Develop Python scripts for process automation and data manipulation
• Implement cloud-based automation solutions using AWS/GCP
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Document processes and maintain technical documentation
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation development
• Proven experience with UiPath development and implementation or with a similar platform
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• UiPath certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
