Job Summary
We’re looking for a Media Assistant to join our team and support the execution of top-of-funnel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, suggesting optimizations, and contributing to media strategies aligned with brand goals.
You’ll also be responsible for managing financial processes within the media area, organizing task flows, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with excellence. The role includes direct contact with media outlets and suppliers, so strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
We’re seeking someone organized, proactive, and strategic who enjoys teamwork and communicates well across different departments. Familiarity with media tools and data analysis platforms is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the tagging of digital assets, ensuring accurate tracking and performance measurement.
- Handle the parameterization of media assets and tracking elements, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and media strategies.
- Maintain control and organization of daily and monthly reporting flows, analyzing data and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact with the finance team, supporting day-to-day operational needs and ensuring process alignment.
- Assist in the organization and monitoring of delivery schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in managing both digital and offline media operations, with strong knowledge of key platforms and formats.
- Ongoing monitoring of campaign performance, with a focus on results and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with the daily routines of advertising agencies and media outlets, with a solid understanding of workflows and processes.
- Support in data analysis and generation of actionable media insights, actively contributing to monthly strategy planning.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of media initiatives.
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to learn in a dynamic environment.
