We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our critical HR systems and tools. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our HR tech stack, ensuring it empowers our people and aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the Human Resources technology space
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – or has equivalent hands-on experience in software development or technical roles
  • Brings demonstrable, hands-on experience with at least two of the following major HR platforms: SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Workday
  • Possesses strong technical acumen and understanding of complex system architectures, APIs, and data models
  • Has deep functional expertise across various HR modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Learning
  • Is skilled in process mapping, workflow visualization, and documentation of HR processes
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Has excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Brings a user-centric mindset and passion for improving HR experiences through technology
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions
  • Is experienced in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Can work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, design, HR, IT, and vendors
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Maintains a forward-thinking, proactive, and respectful attitude
  • Bonus points if you have experience with data migration projects, HR tech certifications, or product analytics tools

What you'll be doing? Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our HR technology products in alignment with company goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and user interviews to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Map current and future HR processes to uncover inefficiencies and propose system-based improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and HR teams (e.g., TA, Performance, Compensation) to build and launch product features
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration using Agile practices
  • Prioritize features and manage backlogs based on impact, feasibility, and value
  • Co-lead sprint planning and proactively mitigate development risks
  • Partner with the PMO office to ensure alignment, governance, and efficient project delivery
  • Define technical requirements and work closely with IT to deliver scalable and robust HR solutions
  • Maintain detailed product documentation and facilitate stakeholder communication
  • Manage vendor relationships, integrations, and system configurations
