We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English;
• Passion for sports and knowledge about sports;
• Proven experience in sportsbook operations or a similar role;
• Ability to communicate effectively and foster the development of new ideas to achieve team objectives;
• Willingness to share expertise and knowledge with colleagues;
• Ability to efficiently balance individual and team work, adapting to task requirements to achieve the best possible results;
• Capability to maintain composure and sound judgment, continuously improve professional performance, enhance current work outcomes, and refine skills to uphold a high level of professional competence in a highly competitive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating of reports upon management's request;
• Defines and organizes sports competitions;
• Determines odds for daily and weekly event offerings;
• Monitors events included in the offer;
• Carries out any other lawful tasks assigned by superiors, in line with their qualifications;
• Tracks and analyses event statistics;
• Monitors, analyses, and verifies ticket registration statistics;
• Prepares various reports on revenue and payment status;
• Creates and implements new types of bets and bonuses;
• Communicates any subsequent changes in the offer to the Operations department;
• Maintains constant communication with the risk management team to control exposure and ensure an optimal balance between margins and probabilities;
• Maintains and updates databases and trading systems with relevant, up-to-date information on teams, players, and other key variables;
• Conducts in-depth market analysis on football teams, players, form trends, and other relevant factors to adjust odds in real-time;
• Monitors clients, betting limits, and reports customer activity;
• Enhances the accuracy and efficiency of both manual and automated betting offers;
• Monitors competitor’s special betting offers and adjusts pricing and marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
