Antifraud, Payments and Risk Team Leader

Our colleague will coordinate, monitor, and support the activities of the Anti-Fraud, Payments & Risk (APR) team to ensure SLA compliance, process efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements, contributing to operational and payment process security, fraud prevention, and the development of the team.

What you'll be doing:
- Supervise the daily operations of the APR team, maintaining volumes and SLAs at optimal levels
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring the efficient functioning of all PSPs
- Ensure player fund withdrawals are legitimate
- Monitor active bonus campaigns and identify their vulnerabilities
- Ensure all processes are updated according to compliance requirements and maintain effective communication with Compliance, AML, and Legal departments
- Report suspicious money laundering cases to the AML team and contribute to maintaining the False Identity Register
- Provide support and training to new colleagues for integration and procedural understanding
- Allocate roles and responsibilities within the team, conduct periodic performance reviews, and lead 1:1 feedback meetings
- Identify solutions for sensitive situations, maintaining a balance between team support and business-oriented strategic thinking
- Monitor refund processes, adapting them to industry trends
- Maintain high-level communication with other team leaders to improve process efficiency
- Specialize in detecting fraudulent activities, applying account blocking and transaction verification procedures
- Participate in agent performance evaluations and identify the team’s training needs
- Actively contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment with colleagues and clients
- Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the activities performed
- Accountable under disciplinary, civil, and criminal law for non-compliance with duties
- Maintain confidentiality of information during the employment contract and for 5 years after its termination
