We're seeking a proactive Human Resources Systems Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing and enhancing our HR technology landscape, directly impacting our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years of experience in an HR systems or HR administration role
  • Demonstrates strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HR tools and platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management systems)
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Is comfortable working with data and generating reports for insights and decision-making
  • Has excellent verbal and written English and communication skills
  • Is detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Shows a proactive, self-sufficient, and curious mindset
  • Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Works well both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Stays up-to-date with trends in HR technology and best practices
  • Has a positive, forward-thinking, and respectful attitude
  • Brings experience working with systems like SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or similar tools (a plus, but not required)
  • Is eager to learn and contribute to ongoing improvement of HR operations

What you'll be doing? Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain all core HR systems and platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance, and learning tools)
  • Provide first-line technical support to the HR team and other stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across HR systems
  • Generate system-based reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Identify and propose improvements for automation, process efficiency, and user experience
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to implement or enhance HR tech solutions
  • Document system processes and maintain user guides or standard operating procedures
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes from a systems perspective
  • Support configuration and setup of new tools, workflows, or integrations
  • Participate in HR projects requiring technical input or system updates
  • Ensure compliance with internal data policies and regulations such as GDPR
  • Act as a key point of contact for ongoing maintenance and system enhancements
