Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payments Assistant to join our Marketing Operations team. This role is crucial in overseeing the financial processes related to marketing and affiliate payments within the Brazil market. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our marketing, finance, and treasury departments to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payments and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:
- Payment Oversight:
Manage and process all marketing and affiliate payments for the Brazil market, including the receipt and validation of monthly invoices. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Ensure all payment-related requirements are aligned with internal stakeholders—primarily Finance and Treasury—under the supervision of the Marketing Operations Manager. - Financial Reporting Support:
Assist Finance and Treasury teams during monthly closings by providing relevant marketing and affiliate costs documentation and clarifications as needed. - Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for Finance and Treasury on issues related to marketing and affiliate payments in Brazil. - Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure that all payments comply with internal controls, documentation standards, approvals, and relevant financial policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or marketing payments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, remote, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience supporting regional or international finance teams is a plus.
