Medier is a leading marketing agency specializing in performance-driven partnerships and innovative marketing solutions within the iGaming industry. We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Manager who has experience with licenses and regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Formulate and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Continuously refine approaches based on performance insights, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Technical Optimization
- Oversee technical SEO elements, including Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, rendering solutions, and site architecture.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technical SEO best practices.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and evaluate key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, etc)
- Provide data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic performance.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Develop comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed of SEO progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Continuous Improvement & Trend Awareness
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on our strategies.
- Drive innovation and experimentation to maintain a competitive advantage in organic search.
Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in technical SEO and data-driven strategy.
- iGaming experience is a must.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of SPA optimization, site architecture, and rendering solutions.
- Proficiency in resolving technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibility.
Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
Reporting Proficiency
- Skilled in creating insight-focused reports for stakeholders.
- Capable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
Keyword Growth Focus
- Demonstrated success in driving and sustaining generic keyword rankings.
- Track record of elevating organic traffic through targeted SEO initiatives.
Up-to-Date Knowledge
- Awareness of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
Problem-Solving Mindset
- Creative and results-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
