We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to take the lead on our biggest and boldest campaigns, think Halloween, Christmas, major product launches, and everything in between. This role sits at the center of our CRM and onsite experience, running campaigns from a centralized perspective and collaborating closely with vertical leads, developers, designers, and data analysts. You’ll combine data analysis. strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep mechanic understanding to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, commercial performance, and retention at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all campaigns are rooted in data insights from the start, using player behavior, past performance, and predictive analytics to guide strategy.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major onsite and CRM campaigns, including seasonal events and brand moments.
- Define campaign mechanics, promotional flows, and user journeys in collaboration with CRM, Product, and Development teams.
- Build and manage timelines, briefs, and delivery plans across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, functional, and on-brand.
- Use data to inform decisions and continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams and markets, driving alignment and consistency.
- Manage QA and testing processes to ensure flawless player experiences.
- Champion best practices in campaign documentation, scalability, and post-campaign analysis.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience running large-scale, cross-functional marketing or CRM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, gamification concepts, and player engagement strategies.
- Experience working with product, development, and design teams in a collaborative setup.
- Project management mindset, you know how to juggle priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach, you use insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and drive results.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; you keep things moving and people aligned.
- Experience in online gambling, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a plus.
