Search Engine Reputation Manager (SERM)

We are looking for a skilled SERM Manager with a strong SEO background to help manage and protect our brand’s online reputation. You’ll be responsible for monitoring search results, suppressing negative content, and promoting positive narratives through data-driven SEO strategies.

Location: Limassol

What we expect:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & SERM
  • Advanced English, fluent Ukrainian or Russian
  • Proven track record in both on-page and off-page SEO
  • Experience with local and global SEO campaignsProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Ability to analyze SERPs, identify competitor strategies, and make data-driven decisions
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics and popular CMS platforms
  • Up-to-date knowledge of algorithm updates and SEO trends, including AI’s impactFamiliarity with local SEO and mobile optimization best practices

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and execute SEO/SERM strategies to promote positive search visibility
  • Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation using SEO tools
  • React quickly to crises or reputation risks
  • Work with PR and legal teams to mitigate negative search content
  • Collaborate with content teams to publish and optimize positive brand materials
  • Analyze and report on reputation KPIs and SEO performance regularly
