The Role:
We’re looking for a courageous, humble, and motivated person to be part of our growing PPC team. If you're passionate about Google Ads, always chasing the latest paid search trends, and have the data-driven skills to help us dominate the 1st page of search engines in highly competitive markets — we want to hear from you. Let’s do some magic together!

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies

  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns

  • Oversee accounts on search platforms for both desktop and mobile apps (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, ASA, UAC, YouTube)

  • Conduct keyword selection and audience targeting

  • Collaborate with other departments (CRM, Developers, BI, etc.)

  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI

  • Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues

  • Produce reports and dashboards for management

  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts

  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple markets

  • Identify and mitigate click fraud risks

  • Stay up to date with SEM trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of paid search experience in the iGaming industry

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, ASA) preferred

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills

  • Google Ads certification preferred

  • Experience with keyword research, analysis, and optimization tools

  • Fluent in English + another language

  • Proactive and self-motivated
