We are looking for a Junior CRM & Analytics Associate to join our growing Customer Engagement team. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of CRM in a dynamic online gaming environment.

You will work directly with the VP of Engagement and Director of CRM, supporting them with analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into either a data-driven CRM role or a strategy/consulting career path.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Reporting

• Gather, clean, and analyze CRM performance, campaign, and player data.

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present them clearly.

Presentation & Slide Preparation

• Build high-quality slides and visuals for leadership meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions.

• Ensure data and insights are presented in a structured and compelling way.

Coordination & Support

• Assist with follow-ups and action items from management meetings.

• Support cross-team coordination between CRM, Insights, and other functions.

• Track progress on key initiatives and help ensure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, consulting, or coordination role
  (internships or junior analyst roles at KPMG, PwC, or similar are a plus).

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides;
  basic data visualization experience is a plus.

• Ability to structure information clearly and tell a story with data.

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the confidence to work directly with senior leaders.

• Curiosity about the online gaming industry and motivation to learn fast
