Paid Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Paid Social Media Manager to lead and scale our paid social initiatives for our iGaming brands. This role requires deep expertise in paid social advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive performance across multiple markets and platforms.

You will take ownership of paid social strategy, campaign execution, and optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI. Locations:

Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to be relocated to Lisbon!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others;
  • Develop and implement creative ad campaigns that align with the gaming industry and our brand's identity;
  • Set and manage advertising budgets while ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency;
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of paid social campaigns;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Collaborate with the marketing and game development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of brand objectives;
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and ad copy to improve campaign performance;
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve desired results;
  • Keep abreast of competitor strategies and industry benchmarks.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social advertising within the iGaming industry;
  • Proven expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns;
  • Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
