✅ Area of Responsibilities:
✔️ Data Collection and Management (Monitoring/CRM Focused):

Collecting user behavior, CRM engagement, and performance monitoring data.

Ensuring high data quality across CRM events and monitoring tools.

Managing alert and incident logs to support real-time diagnostics.
✔️ Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis:
-
Analyzing CRM campaign performance, engagement trends, and alert history.
-
Conducting root cause analysis for drops in user activity or system issues.

Segmenting data to identify performance patterns by user type, campaign, or region.
✔️ Reporting and Data Visualization:

Developing real-time dashboards to track key CRM metrics and platform health.

Creating visualizations to monitor user engagement, load times, errors, and alerting thresholds.
✔️ Collaboration and Communication:

Working with CRM managers, developers, and system admins to align data tracking with business goals.

Translating technical monitoring insights into business-relevant findings.
✔️ Strategic Recommendations:

Suggesting improvements in campaign targeting, CRM workflows, and system reliability.

Identifying potential risks through alert trend analysis and proposing preventive measures.
✔️ UX Analysis (CRM):

Monitoring user drop-off across communication touchpoints and recommending optimizations.

Evaluating A/B test results for CRM messaging and platform performance updates.
✔️ Continuous Learning and Skill Development:

Staying up-to-date on CRM platforms, monitoring tools, and industry best practices.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Quantitative Analysis
✔️ Data Visualization (PowerBI)
✔️ SQL & Database Knowledge (Snowflake, MySQL, MSSQL)
✔️ Statistical Analysis
✔️ Product Understanding
✔️ Communication Skills
✅ Will be a plus:
✔️ Experience with Programming Languages (Python)
✔️ UX/UI Insights
✔️ Business Acumen (especially in CRM and monitoring)
