About Us:

Medier is a European IT product company that creates cutting-edge online entertainment projects. We are looking for a Localization Testing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our customer engagement efforts.

The main focus of this role is to test website brands- along with competitor platforms-across sportsbook, casino, payments, bonuses, CRM, gamification, and user flows.

You will perform full real-user testing, including registration, real deposits, gameplay checks, payment validations, and affiliate , PPC and SEO testing.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments such as : Affiliates, Country Managers, CRM, PSP/Payments and Tech and others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of localization testers, acting as the main point of contact and handling all incoming requests from testers
• Assist in prioritizing testing tasks in accordance with business needs
• Assign specific testing tasks to appropriate testers, analyzing workload and priority for business needs
• Verify and validate test results, including localization quality throughout the user journey
• Ability to navigate online casino websites
• Ability to guide testers in finding inconsistencies/bugs and know where to escalate them for resolution
• Interact with teams, including the affiliate department, CRM team, country managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and train testers to improve quality, efficiency, and product understanding
• Ensure a high level of attention to detail and maintain high quality standards in all tester activities
• Quickly understand, analyze, and navigate incoming testing requests
• Work effectively in a multitasking mode in a dynamic environment
• Take a proactive approach to identifying problems, improving processes, and making suggestions for optimization

Requirements:

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to track, measure, and report on email and SMS marketing campaign performance.

✅ Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic HTML knowledge.

• Interest in the betting and gambling industry.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Sendgrid, or similar).

• Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices.
